View the Change History of a Compliance Template
Objective
To view the change history of a compliance template as a Company Admin using the Company level Admin tool.
Background
When users create, edit, delete, or assign a template to a project, updates are logged in the Change History tab of each compliance template.

Steps
- Navigate to the Company level Admin tool.
- Under Tool Settings, click Contracts.
- Click Compliance Templates.
- In the Compliance Templates page, locate the template to open..
- Click the Change History tab.

Change History Tab
The table below describes the default columns on the Change History tab.
Column | Description |
---|---|
Date | Shows the date and timestamp of the action. |
Action By | Shows the first and last name of the Procore user as their name appears in the Company Directory. Note: Contact Procore to add Payments Admins to your account. This requires an authorized user at your company to complete and sign Procore's Payment Administrator Designation Form. Once added, this history indicates the action was completed by 'Procore Support'. |
Changed | Provides a brief description of the setting change. |
From | Shows the value that the setting changed from. Note: Procore shows the double dash symbol (--) if the action results in a blank or null value. |
To | Shows the To value that the setting changed to. Note: Procore shows the double dash symbol (--) if the action results in a blank or null value. |
