Set Your Favorites in MyProcore

To set your Favorites list of tools for each company in MyProcore.


The MyProcore dashboard provides you with the ability to set a list of default tool Favorites for each Procore company account to which you have access permission. 

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permission:
    • 'Read-Only' level permission or higher to the company's Portfolio tool.
    • 'Read-Only' level permission or higher to the Procore tools that you want to add to your favorites list. 
  • Additional Information:
    • The Favorites you define are specific to your Procore user account (i.e., a Procore Administrator cannot define a Favorites list for other Procore users).
    • You must have a default permission template assigned to your user account. If you don't have a default permission template, you will be prompted to reach out to a Procore Administrator at the company you are working with.
    • When you create or update your Favorites using the Steps below, your new settings and/or any updates will be applied to all of your projects in the company's account. If you have previously set up a project-specific favorites list, those favorites will be overwritten. To restore those settings, you can navigate to the project and follow the steps in Add Procore Tools to Your Project Favorites.


  1. Complete the steps in Sign In to My Procore.
  2. Click My Settings.
    This opens the My Settings page.
  3. Click Favorites.
    The Default Favorites page appears with a list of the company accounts to which you have access. 


  4. Expand the desired company.
    This reveals a list of tools that have been enabled for the selected company account. 
  5. Set Your Favorites:
    1. Locate the desired tool in the list and place a checkmark next to it.
      For example, place a checkmark next to the Bidding tool to make it a favorite. 
    2. Repeat these steps for up to ten (10) tools. 

  6. Organize Your Favorites:
    1. Grab the desired tool by the vertical grip (⋮⋮). 
    2. Use a drag-and-drop operation to move it into the desired position. 
  7. Repeat the desired steps for each company.
  8. Click Update
    The system saves your Favorites.
