You are not required to log in to Procore's Support site to view product documentation such as tutorials, FAQs, release notes, etc. However, if you are logged in as an end user, you can add feedback or suggestions about how we can improve our support documentation (see How do I share feedback with Procore?) as well as create a technical support ticket (see Contact Support).
If you are trying to view private pages in a company's Training Center (e.g. https://support.procore.com/MyCompany) you will be required to log in to view related private content. See How can I view a custom Training Center?
