Permissions
New Granular Permissions for Project Level Action Plans Tool
Procore has added new granular permissions for the Project level Action Plans tool to allow users with 'Read Only' or 'Standard' level permissions on the tool to complete various tasks. See Grant Granular Permissions in a Project Permissions Template.

Action Plans
New Project Level Action Plans Tool Now Available
Procore has added a new Quality & Safety tool called Action Plans to help users manage project milestones in one centralized location. The Action Plans tool can help you and your team streamline processes such as Inspections & Test Plans (ITPs), quality assurance plans, concrete pour plans, project startup plans, safety plans, and more. To add the Action Plans tool to a Procore project, see Enable the Action Plans Tool.
Coordination Issues
Ability to Attach PDFs to New Coordination Issues from Web
When creating a new coordination issue in the Procore web application, you can now add PDF files to the Attachments field. See Create a Coordination Issue. This is useful if you want to include visual references for the coordination issue. After adding images or PDFs as attachments, they can be previewed in the viewer for the coordination issue.
Correspondence
Create and Link New Correspondence Items from Responses on Other Correspondence Items
Users can now create and link a new correspondence item from a response on another correspondence item. The new correspondence item will automatically include the following information from the source correspondence item and its response: the source item number and response number (added to the new item's Subject field), the person who posted the source response (added to the new item's Assignee field), the full details of the source response (added to the new item's Description field), and any attachments that were uploaded in the source response. RFIs
Columns Added to RFIs List with Supported Custom Fields
Users can now show, hide, or rearrange columns on the project's RFIs list with data from custom fields (excluding 'Rich Text (Long)' and 'Read Only Entry' custom fields). Additionally, columns with data from 'Number', 'Date', 'Checkbox', and 'Plain Text (Short)' custom fields can be used to sort the RFIs list. See Search for and Filter RFIs. Note that columns for custom fields are hidden by default. See Customize the Column Display in the RFIs Tool for information about showing, hiding, and rearranging columns in the RFIs list.
