Procore Search

Search Custom Fields for Specifications Tool

You can now use Procore Search to search for certain custom fields in the Project level Specifications tool. With this release, you can search for custom fields of the Plain Text, Rich Text, or Number field types. See Search for Items Within a Project Using Procore Search.

Directory

New View Pages for User and Company Records

Procore has added new 'View' pages on user and company records in the Company level Directory tool. See View User Details in the Company Level Directory Tool and View Company Details in the Company Level Directory Tool.

Permissions

New Company Level Granular Permissions for Viewing and Managing Directory Information

Procore has added new granular permissions to allow users with 'Read Only' and 'Standard' level permissions on the Company level Directory tool to view and manage user and company records. These granular permissions can be granted on company permissions templates. See Grant Granular Permissions in a Company Permissions Template.

T&M Tickets

New Signature Requests for T&M Tickets

Procore has updated the T&M Tickets tool so you can now request a customer signature. This gives your customer signee's more flexibility when verifying T&M Tickets and also removes the need to interact in person. When you create a T&M ticket, you can instantly send your customer signee a signature request by email. Signees also have the ability to draw their signature from their desk using either the Procore web application or from the convenience of the field using Procore for Mobile (Android & iOS).
