Integrate Procore with Okta Single Sign-On (SSO) Identity Management

Your company can configure an Okta SSO integration to provide your Procore users with SSO-access to Procore using your Okta deployment for identify management.

Notes

If your organization is using the Portfolio Financials and Capital Planning products in Procore, you will need to reach out to your Procore point of contact or the Support team to set up your Okta SSO.
Customers who license Procore Pay may require additional support enabling MFA for Payments when SSO is configured for their company. If you license Procore Pay and want to enable SSO, contact Procore support.

Your company can choose between these methods when setting up SSO-access to Procore:

Procore-Initiated SSO (a.k.a., SP-Initiated)
Sign into the Procore Login page and use Okta for identity management. See Configure Procore-Initiated SSO for Okta.
IdP-Initiated SSO
Sign into your organization's Okta portal and the gain access to the Procore application. Configure IdP-Initiated SSO for Okta.
