Q. When I’m filling out an incident report the Procore employee search box shows “Contact your Aclaimant Administrator to connect HRIS to this account”. Why?
A. The company’s incident report form has enabled Procore searching, but the company’s settings have not connected to the Procore API to receive an authorization token. This will be seen on the Company’s Setting page under the detail section.
Q. When I search for an Employee under my Procore employee search box causes an error saying “Company is missing Procore company-id”. Why?
A. Your company has connected to the Procore API (and has a valid authorization token); however, your company has not configured a Procore Company to search in. This will be seen on the Company’s Setting page under the detail section.
