Who receives notification emails when a vendor's insurance expires?
Answer
If a vendor's insurance policy information is uploaded to Procore and the Send Expiration Notification checkbox is marked, the system will automatically send daily notification emails to the following users when the policy is within approximately two (2) weeks of its expiration date:
- Insurance Managers. See Designate an Insurance Manager for Your Procore Company.
- Primary Contacts and Invoice Contacts for the vendor. See Update the Company's Contact Information in the Company Directory and Update the Company's Contact Information in the Project Directory.
The system will continue to send a daily reminder email for up to sixty (60) days after the insurance policy has expired or until the expiration date is updated.
