View RFIs as a Chart

Objective

To view the Requests for Information (RFIs) on a project in a chart format.

Background

There are two ways to view the RFIs on a project. When you first open the RFIs tool, your RFI items are listed in a table format. This table lists all of the RFIs in both the Open and Closed status for the active project. You can also use the steps below to view these RFIs in a chart format.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permission:
    • 'Read only' and above permissions on the project's RFIs tool.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the project's RFIs tool.
This reveals the RFIs page, which lists all of the Open and Closed RFIs on the project.
  2. In the 'View RFIs As' menu, click Chart

    view RFIs as chart.png

This reveals the 'Open and Closed RFIs' window. In the Chart view, the x-axis depicts your project's timeline in chronological order (oldest on the left to newest on the right). The y-axis plots the total number of RFIs in the 'Open' and 'Closed' status. In addition, the green line charts the net number of unresolved RFIs for each month and year.
