To change the status of a punch list item to unresolved or resolved to indicate whether or not the work on the item has been completed.
If a user is assigned to a punch list item, they will receive an email with a link to that punch list item. Users can then respond to that punch list item in Procore and mark it as resolved. Although the assignee can mark the punch list item as "Resolved," it is up to the user who assigned the punch list item to completely close the item out. See Close a Punch List Item.
