To delegate the authority to add users to a Project Directory to a user with 'Standard' level permissions to a project's Directory tool.
By default, users can only be added to the Project level Directory tool by a user with 'Admin' level permissions to the Project level Directory. However, for some construction projects, a user with 'Admin' level permissions to the Company level Directory might want to the delegate a limited amount of authority to a user with 'Standard' level permissions. This gives a 'Standard' user the authority required to add new users to a project. This authority also provides a 'Standard' user with the ability to enter new Company Information in the Add Contact Information page, to create a new company record in the Project and Company Directories.
For example, a project manager for a general contractor might want to delegate limited authority to a superintendent to give that superintendent the ability to invite new subcontractors to a Procore project.

When finished, click the Update button located to the bottom right of the permission template.
