     Tip

Does your team want to edit the prime contract in Procore after importing it from Sage 300 CRE®? If so, a user with 'Admin' level permissions on the Prime Contracts tool must turn the 'Enable Always Editable Schedule of Values' check box ON in the tool's 'Configure Settings' page.  Users can then add budget codes (see What is a budget code in Procore's WBS?) to the line items on a contract's Schedule of Values (SOV). This action will also allow Procore to automatically populate Procore's invoices using Procore's pre-fill feature. To learn more, see How does Procore automatically fill in amounts on an upstream invoice?
