Re-import a Sage 300 CRE® Prime Contract with Procore
Objective
To re-import a Sage 300 CRE® prime contract using the Procore + Sage 300 CRE® integration.
Background
The integration between your prime contract in Sage 300 CRE® is a one-way sync. This means that you can create a prime contract in Sage 300 CRE® and then import it into Procore. If changes to the original contract value are needed, you will update the prime contract in Sage 300 CRE® and then using the steps below re-import your latest prime contract data into Procore.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permission:
- 'Admin' on the company's ERP Integrations tool.
AND - 'Admin' on the project's Prime Contracts tool.
- 'Admin' on the company's ERP Integrations tool.
- Prerequisites:
The instructions below assume the following:- The Company level ERP Integrations tool has been configured to work with your company's Procore account. See Sage 300 CRE: Setup Guide.
- The Sage 300 CRE® prime contract that you want to sync with Procore has been updated. For example, you've added one or more line item(s) or changed existing line item(s).
- Additional Information:
The Re-Import button is grayed out and unavailable when:- The prime contract is in unapproved state.
- The prime contract does not belong to a synced job.
- The prime contract has inadvertently been added to two projects in your company's Procore account.
- The prime contact has already been synced and there are no new unsynced line items.
Steps
- Navigate to the company's ERP Integrations tool.
- Click Prime Contracts.
- Click Synced.
- Locate the desired project's Prime Contract in the Sage 300 CRE® Prime Contracts Ready to be Imported list.
- Click Re-Import.
