Background

 In Beta
The ability to export a submittal package with attachments is currently an open beta feature. You can enable this beta with Procore Explore.

Export submittal packages to review, archive, or distribute project submittals in a standardized format. Consolidate cover sheets and full attachment files into a single PDF to maintain complete submittal record packages.

    • Exporting a PDF with all attachments creates a consolidated document that concatenates elements in the following order: Package Cover Sheet, Package Attachments, Submittal Item Cover Sheets, and Submittal Item Attachments.

    • Individual submittals cannot be selected for export; all package items are automatically included.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the project's Submittals tool.

  2. Click the Packages tab.

  3. Click View next to the submittal package you want to export.

  4. Click Export and choose one of the following options:

    • Select PDF to export a summary PDF with cover sheets.

    • Select PDF with attachments to download a single consolidated PDF containing all package content and attachments.
