Export a Submittal
Background
Export submittal records to combine cover sheets, review stamps, product specifications, drawings, and other reference materials into a single PDF or ZIP file. Reorder attachments prior to export to generate a clean, consolidated package without using third-party PDF editing software.

Select up to forty (40) file attachments to export in a single PDF.

To export multiple submittal items and their attachments together in a single consolidated document, export a submittal package.

In Beta
The ability to export a submittal package with attachments is currently an open beta feature. You can enable this beta with Procore Explore.Steps

Navigate to the project's Submittals tool.

Locate the desired submittal and click View.

Click Export.

Choose one of the following options:

Select PDF to generate a PDF summary of the submittal cover sheet in a new browser tab.

Select Zip to combine submittal attachments:

Mark the checkboxes next to individual files, or mark the Attachments checkbox to select all files (up to 40 attachments).

Reorder files by dragging the vertical grip vertical grip (⋮⋮) icon.

Click Single PDF or .zip.
