Reorder Photo Albums

Objective

To change the sorting order of listed photo albums in a project's Photos tool.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Photos tool.
      OR
    • 'Read Only' or 'Standard' permissions on the project's Photos tool with the 'Reorder Photo Albums' granular permission enabled on your permission template.
  • Additional Information:
    • By default, photo albums are listed from oldest to newest. 

Steps

  1. Navigate to the project's Photos tool.
  2. Select the Albums view.
  3. Click the Reorder button.
    Note: You will see more menu (≡) icons across from each album, indicating that you can use a drag-and-drop method to reorder albums.
  4. Click and drag albums to the desired location.
  5. Click Confirm.
