Prepare Materials for Import
Objective
To prepare materials to be imported to the Materials tool.
Background
When managing your materials, you can import a list of the required materials to the Materials tool.
After you import your materials, a needs document is automatically created, and you can create shipments and receipts to track orders placed outside of Procore. Alternatively, you can create an adjustment to add quantities of imported materials to your inventory.
Lastly, you can create materials requests and issue materials directly from your needs document.
