Edit a Project Level Form

Objective 

To edit basic information about a form such as the form's name, description, and privacy setting.

Things to Consider 

  • Required User Permissions:
    • 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Forms tool
      Note: Users with 'Standard' level permissions on the project's Forms tool can edit forms they have created.

Steps

Edit a Form from the Form's View Page

  1. Navigate to the project's Forms tool.
  2. Click Open next to the form you want to edit.
    This opens the form in a document viewer.
  3. In the 'Form Info' panel, edit the form's information.
  4. Click Update.

  1. Navigate to the project's Forms tool.
  2. Click Info next to the form you want to edit.
  3. Click Edit.
    This opens the form in a document viewer.
  4. In the 'Form Info' panel, edit the form's information.
  5. Click Update.
