A modernized user experience is now available for the Emails tool. Learn more about this open beta and how your Procore point of contact can help you enable it.Procore has introduced a fully modernized Emails Tool, delivering a refreshed user interface, enhanced usability, and improved performance to streamline project communication. The Emails Tool modernization aligns with Procore’s latest design standards and consolidated communication features into a unified, scalable platform for enterprise users.
Features
Email Actions: Compose, reply, and forward emails; view attachments; expand the view; and export emails as PDFs.
Inbox Management & Archive: Archive and restore emails, mark messages as spam, and seamlessly integrate external emails into the tool.
Tag & Filter: Create, apply, filter by, and delete custom tags for email organization and searching.
Delete & Recovery: Temporarily move unwanted emails to the recycle bin and restore them back to the inbox as needed.
Settings & Configuration: Access configuration settings to manage permissions, set up distribution lists, and configure privacy and external communication defaults.
