Manage Fieldsets and Custom Fields for Change Events

The Fieldsets and Custom Fields page for Change Events in the Company Admin tool now provides a more modern and intuitive interface.

Prerequisites

Ensure you are logged into the Procore web application.

Things to Consider

  • To manage these settings, you must have 'Admin' level permissions on the Company level Admin tool.

  • This interface update is designed to be clear and accessible for all regional users.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Company level Admin tool.

  2. Under Company Settings, click Change Management.

  3. Click Fieldsets and Custom Fields.

    • Note: You will now see the updated, streamlined interface for managing your Change Events fieldsets.

  4. Complete the available fields as applicable to your project needs.

  5. Click Update to save your changes.

    • Note: Check your fieldsets to make sure they match your project reports.
