Added Link For "Contract #" In Create RFQ Page Of Change Events Tool (12/8/2016)
Updated Create RFQ page in the Change Events tool so that the "Contract #" column now includes hyperlinks that open the appropriate contract.
Change History Subtab In Change Events Tool Now Logs Resent RFQ Action (9/7/2016)
Updated the Change Events tool so that now, when a user re-sends a Request For Quote (RFQ), the action is logged in the Change History subtab. The history records both the RFQ and the corresponding change event.
Added Distribution List For RFQs In Change Events Tool (9/1/2016)
Updated the Change Events and Commitments tools to give users the ability to create a distribution list so that team members can be automatically notified by email when when a subcontractor enters a quote in Procore. A new 'Request for Quote Distribution' drop-down list is available under the 'Default Distributions' area in the Edit Commitments Settings page. The Create RFQ page has also been updated so you can now select a recipient (a.k.a., RFQ Assignee) using the drop-down lists under the 'Commitment Select' area. If an assignee does not have permission to a commitment or purchase order, a warning triangle appears to alert you about that users permissions. See Create RFQs.
Added Pagination To RFQ List Page In Change Events Tool (8/31/2016)
Added pagination to the RFQ list page in the Change Events tool. Rather than having one large list, the now list is paginated at approximately 30 RFQs per page.
Search On Partial Change Events Numbers And Titles (8/25/2016)
Updated the Change Events tool so that users can now search on partial change event Numbers and Titles. The search results will return change events that match what is entered in the Search box.
Change Order Associations and Change Order Reconciliation Report for Change Events Projects (8/18/2016)
Procore now allows the pairing of a Prime Contract Change Order to a Commitment Change Order via the Prime Contract Change Order Schedule of Values (SOV) when the Change Events tool is an active tab on the project. This matches the current functionality of non-Change Events projects and allows the use of the Change Order Reconciliation Report for Change Events-enabled projects. The Report shows the linked change orders, variance, etc. Lastly, this report and the pairing of the change orders for Change Events-enabled projects will only be made possible by enabling the Change Order Association setting in the Project level Admin tool.
Fixed 'All' Option In 'Status' Filter For Change Events Tool (8/11/2016)
Updated the Change Events tool to fix an issue with the 'All' option in the 'Status' drop-down list of the 'Filters' menu. Prior to this update when a user navigated to the Change Events tool, the Log would display all change events, including those in the 'Void' status. In this update, the 'All' status has been fixed to exclude change events in the 'Void' status.
Change Order Reconciliation Report Deactivated When Change Events Is Enabled (8/10/2016)
Updated the Change Events tool and Reports tools. Now, when the Change Events tool is enabled as a active tab on a project, the system deactivates the Change Order Reconciliation Report in the 'Financial Reports' section of the Project Reports page.
Updated Legend In Change Events Tool Breakdown Charts (8/1/2016)
Updated the Change Events tool to fix an issue where the legend of the Change Event Breakdown charts was not correctly displaying the wrapped second and third rows of keys. This has been fixed and the chart now displays as expected.

Updated the Change Events tool to fix an issue where entering more than one search word in the Search Change Events field caused an error. This has been fixed and user can perform multi-word searches as expected.

Updated Display For Commitment PCOs With No Contracting Company Name (2/17/2016)
Fixed an issue in the Project level Change Events tool where a URL was displayed as the name of the contracting company in the Commitment Potential Change Orders (PCOs) table for commitments. This only occurred for CPCOs without a contracting company. This field has been updated so that when no company name exists, the field will read: "No Contracting Company".
