When using Procore Pay to send or receive payments, authorized team members can manage funding accounts for all active Procore accounts associated with the payor's business entities. See What are the different types of bank accounts in Procore Pay? Account verification for Procore Pay is done using a commercially available database/registry of bank account information.

If you are a Payor...

Only a Payments Admin can manage the payor's funding accounts for a company's business entities in Procore Pay.

Add Funding Accounts:
Link a bank account to fund drawdown requests

Edit Funding Accounts:
Edit your account information

Set a Default Account:
Set the default funding account for Procore Pay

Deactivate Accounts:
Deactivate a funding account

View Business Entities:
See a list of your company's business entities

View Funding Accounts:
See a list of a business entity's funding accounts
