Below are the notable changes to the Company level Admin tool.
The Project Dates screen in the Company Admin tool now has a modernized, more intuitive layout and design. There are no changes to functionality. To learn more, see Add New Project Dates.
Procore has improved the Fieldset edit page across all tools supporting fieldsets, providing better context and visibility for how to take actions when creating or editing fieldset. See Create New Configurable Fieldset or Edit Configurable Fieldsets.
Fieldsets now show a blue banner at the top of the fieldset indicating how many custom fields are available to use. If you add the maximum amount of custom fields, the banner turns yellow. As you add fields, the count will go up. Note: Different tools allow for different numbers of custom fields. See Create a New Configurable Fieldset.
When creating an Action Plan template at the company level, the references action button is now "Add Document". This update will help improve the organization of Action Plan references while also allowing increased documentation storage. See Create a Company Level Action Plan Template.
You can now use a single button to create configurable fieldsets for all field types for a Procore tool. See Create New Configurable Fieldsets and Create Project Fieldset.
Compliance Templates for Procore Pay are now available in the United States. Company Admins can now ensure their custom compliance templates are copied to new Procore projects at project creation. Using the standard project templates in Procore, Admins can assign compliance templates settings to multiple project templates, offering flexibility beyond a single default for all projects. Admins can also change the compliance template assignments on project templates as needed. For details, see What gets copied over to a new project when applying a project template? and About Compliance Templates with Procore Pay.
New ‘Types’ view within the Daily Log settings in the company Admin tool allows company admins to disable log types, making them unavailable across all projects. This setting offers companies more control over their processes by aligning project teams' use of log types across all projects. See Disable Daily Log Types for All Projects.
Companies can now choose whether to enable a Monthly Sandbox Environment. Previously, all company accounts were opted in to Monthly Sandbox access by default. Now, unless a Monthly Sandbox is already in use by your company, your company will be opted out by default. You can opt in to the Monthly Sandbox from the Company level Admin tool. See What is the Monthly Sandbox Environment? and Configure Your Company Settings.
You can leverage flexible Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) when budgeting the resource hours and associated cost as well as a production plan based on units to install for production quantities. Flexible WBS allows your team to budget, track time and units installed in Timesheets, and report at the right level of granularity, for an enhanced real time labor productivity cost Budget View. See the Field Productivity and Project Financials: Setup Guide.
In the company's Admin tool, you can see which of your company's projects are connected to other projects in Procore. You can search and filter to find specific connections. See View Connected Projects and Search and Filter Connected Projects.
A new modal is available when assigning fieldsets to projects. The new modal has a streamlined layout, clearer messaging, and loads more quickly, especially for companies with hundreds of projects or more. See Apply Configurable Fieldsets to Projects.
To save time configuring your fieldsets, you can copy a fieldset within a tool or a subset of a tool, as different project types may have different data collection requirements. See Copy a Configurable Fieldset.
The Connection Manager is a new tool that will allow you to connect your project to another company's project in Procore. Initially, you can set your connection settings and distribution list. See Configure Project Connection Settings, Configure Advanced Settings: Connection Manager, and About Connectability.
Procore has updated Custom Fields making them easier to find and manage. Load times for custom fields have improved and small changes have been added to make managing custom fields faster and more intuitive. Additionally, when using multi or single select field types, you can easily search and manage the available options. See Create New Custom Fields and Edit Custom Fields.

Cost codes and cost types can now be configured at company level with the same settings that are available when sending an estimate to the budget in the project's Estimating tool. These settings are applied by default to all projects to provide more consistency. You can still override budget codes as needed in the project's Estimating tab. See Configure Default Estimating Settings.
When creating or editing an action plan template, you can make bulk changes to items within your plan. Mark the checkboxes for the items you want edit, then choose how you want to update the item. See Can I prevent emails from being sent on the weekend? and Configure Your Company Settings.
Procore has added the ability to create custom fields in the Company level Admin tool for the Equipment Log in a project's Daily Log tool. These custom fields function like other fields in Procore and can be included in reports in the Company and Project level Reports tools. See Create New Custom Fields.
When creating new Custom Fields for Inspections, you can use new field types such as Project Users, Company, Location, and Date and Time. Additionally, Procore has added the ability to organize Custom Fields on Inspections. Users can create Sections in their Configurable Fieldsets and add Custom Fields to those sections.
