Who is impacted once Procore MFA is enabled at my company?

Procore's Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solution can be enabled by a user with 'Admin' level permissions on both the Company level Directory and Admin tools. See Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

If implemented in your environment, Procore MFA applies to all active users in your Company level Directory. Before turning it on, we recommend inactivating any users who no longer participate in your projects. If you reactivate a user later, they must set up MFA to regain access. See Deactivate User Accounts in the Company Directory.
