Who is impacted by my company's MFA policy?

Generally Available - Limited Rollout

Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) is generally available through a limited rollout process. Contact your Procore point of contact for more information about availability.

Background

Procore's Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solution can be enabled by a user with 'Admin' level permissions on the Company level Directory and Admin tools.

Answer

When enabled, MFA will impact all users in your Company level Directory except users marked as 'Inactive.' See Inactivate a Batch of User Accounts in the Company Directory

Before enabling MFA for your company, it's a good idea to inactivate users who are not actively participating in any projects in your company's Procore account. If a user is re-activated, they will need to set up MFA to be able to access the company where the MFA policy is configured.
