Procore

How often do I need to log in to Procore if MFA is enabled?

CLOSED Beta

Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) is currently in closed beta. This functionality is not available to a general audience at this time.

Beta participants have already been selected. Procore is not accepting additional requests to join the closed beta at this time.

Background

If Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is enforced by a company you work with in Procore, you will be required to verify your identity when you log in to the software. You may have to verify your identity again later, depending on your company's configuration and other requirements.

Answer

The frequency of MFA prompts for different users will vary. In general, you will be prompted to enter the MFA code when you log in, and occasionally for other sensitive actions. Depending on your company's MFA settings, you will need to re-authenticate with MFA:

  • Every 12 hours
  • Every week
  • Every month
