Background
While in Procore’s Meetings tool, users with the ability to edit and create meetings can create Microsoft Teams meetings for both one-off meetings and recurring meetings. From the Meetings tool, users can log in to Microsoft Teams which enables the Create a Teams Meeting option. A Microsoft Teams link for the meeting is automatically added to the Video Conferencing Link field. The Microsoft Teams link can then be accessed by meeting attendees via web, iOS, and Android, as well as in any meeting PDFs and emails sent to the meeting attendees. Using Microsoft Teams for video conferencing allows your team to visually share documents, discuss important updates, and check in regularly despite working from a different location or remotely.
Important:
- In order to use the Microsoft Teams Meeting feature with the Procore Meetings tool, a company administrator must install the Microsoft Teams integration from the Procore App Marketplace.
- For general information on installing and uninstalling Procore Marketplace Apps, see Install an App from the App Marketplace and Uninstall an App.
- In order to "Log in to Teams" from within the Procore Meetings tool, your organization may require that proper user permissions are set up in advance by an Azure Active Directory administrator. Please see Grant tenant-wide admin consent to an application on the Microsoft Azure product site for additional guidance.
