When the Send to ERP button is dimmed and not available on the New Project Created page of the Project Creation Assistant, it is typically because the new project data that you have created does not meet the minimum requirements for exporting data with the integrated ERP system.
To learn the specific reasons why you are not able to use the button, hover your mouse cursor of the question mark (?) icon on the button as shown below. This reveals a tooltip that lists all of the reasons the button is not available for use. You must address those issue(s) before you can send your project data to the Company level ERP Integrations tool (see ERP Integrations) where it will next be reviewed by an accounting approver.
