Why can't my vendor access the Bid Room in Portfolio Financials?

Answer

Your vendors will only have access to a bid room if they were invited to bid on the project. If you have not done so already, be sure to invite them to bid. See Invite Bidders to a Bid Room. If your vendor has additional contacts that need to access the bid room, you will need to add them as additional contacts.
