Why can't my team member see a project in Portfolio Financials and Capital Planning?

Answer

If a team member cannot view a project in Portfolio Financials and Capital Planning, it is most likely that they have not been added to the Project Team. Adding an individual to the Project Team allows them to see all cost items, bid rooms, contract rooms, and financial information associated with the project.

Individuals can be added to the Project Team by clicking the plus button in the Team section of the Project Page. See Add a Team Member in Portfolio Financials
Note: If you do not see the option to add a team member, you will need to reach out to the Project Manager or Company Admin to have them add the individual to the Project Team.
