Why am I not receiving emails from Portfolio Financials and Capital Planning?

Background

If emails from Portfolio Financials and Capital Planning are not appearing in your inbox, you may need to check the following folders or modify your email filters to ensure that you can receive notifications about your projects.

Answer

  • Emails may have ended up in your Spam folder:
    Check your email account's Spam folder for Portfolio Financials and Capital Planning emails. Also check your spam filter settings to make sure they are not blocking the content.
  • Emails may have ended up in your Clutter folder:
    If your email provider includes a Clutter folder, check to see if your missing Portfolio Financials and Capital Planning emails are there.
  • Emails may have been caught in spam purgatory:
    Some email providers release a daily email rundown of recent messages caught in the spam folder. This is another place to check for any missing messages.
  • The @honestbuildings.com domain may need to be added to your server's Allow List:
    Hit-reply@ and noreply@ are the sender addresses for automated emails from Portfolio Financials and Capital Planning. You may need to have your IT team add those domains to the Allow List to alert your firewall that the messages are not spam.
