What are Procore QR Stickers? (Beta)

Overview

Procore QR Stickers offer a significant upgrade to the existing QR code experience for Procore users in the field. These stickers eliminate the need for printing and taping individual QR codes on-site, saving time and effort. With a simple scan of a sticker, field users can instantly access linked Procore objects or documents.

Key Features

  • Pre-printed QR Code Stickers: Each roll contains 100 durable stickers, ready for immediate use in the field.    
  • Easy Linking: Assign stickers to various Procore objects, such as inspections, observations, punch lists, drawings, and more, directly from your Procore mobile app.    
  • Instant Access: Scan the sticker to instantly deep-link to the assigned object within the Procore app.    
  • Offline Functionality: Access linked objects even when offline, ensuring seamless productivity regardless of internet connectivity.    
  • Versatile Applications: Streamline inspections, safety checks, access to documents, and more, all with a quick scan.

Beta Considerations

  • Initial Focus: The beta release prioritizes linking to existing Procore objects. Linking to documents and external URLs will be enabled in future updates.
  • Limited Tool Compatibility: During the beta phase, compatibility is limited to specific tools within Procore. Expanded tool integration is planned for future releases.    
  • Permission Levels: Tool admins have the ability to link QR stickers. Ongoing development aims to refine permission controls for enhanced security and flexibility.
