I thought I added a user, but now I can't find that person. What happened?

Answer

Make sure the user is listed as 'Active'.

Navigate to the Company level Directory tool and click Inactive Users. If the user you are looking for is in this list, click Reactivate at the end of their row.
Note: 'Admin' level permissions on the Company level Directory tool are required to view and reactivate inactive users. See Reactivate a User in the Company Directory.
