I thought I added a user, but now I can't find that person. What happened?

Answer

Make sure the user is listed as 'Active'.

Navigate to the Company level Directory tool and click the Inactive Users tab. If the user you are looking for is in this list, click Reactivate at the end of their row. See Reactivate a User in the Company Directory for more information.
