How does Procore determine the PDF file names in my archive?

Each tool generates its PDF name differently before it undergoes the file name sanitization and deduplication process:

Drawings: {number}_{title}_Rev.{revision}.pdf

Forms: {name}_{createdAt: MM-dd-yyyy HH:mm}.pdf

Specifications: {description}_Rev_{revision}.pdf

Other tools (e.g., Meetings, Emails, Change Orders, Incidents): {entityName}.pdf
If multiple files have the same name, Procore's deduplication logic appends a number (1, 2, etc.) to prevent duplicates.
