Can I create a list of overdue Prime Contract Change Orders (PCCOs)?

Answer

Yes. When users create prime contract change orders in Procore, most project teams want to manage the change order process as quickly and efficiently as possible. When change orders are delayed, it can have a negative impact on both the project's timeline and costs. To help you avoid any setbacks, the project's Prime Contracts tool lets users with 'Admin' permission on the Prime Contracts and Reports tool a generate a report that lists any change orders that have not been approved by its due date.

If your user account has been granted the appropriate permissions, you can run the report from these Procore tools:

Prime Contracts Tool

  1. Navigate to the project's Prime Contracts tool.
  2. Locate the prime contract in this list and click View
  3. Under Prime Contract Reports, click Overdue Prime Contract COs.
This generates a list of any prime contract change orders that are overdue, based on the 'Due Date' set in the change order.

Project 360 Reporting Tool

  1. Navigate to the Project 360 Reporting tool.
  2. Click the Reports tab.
  3. Scroll to Financial Reports.
  4. Click Overdue Prime Contract Change Orders.
This generates a list of any prime contract change orders that are overdue, based on the 'Due Date' set in the change order.
