How do I request access to a custom Training Center?

The company that owns the Procore account that you're using to collaborate on a project has created a private section on Procore's Support Center ( for training their end users on company-specific best practices and procedures. Their custom Training Center (e.g. will only be viewable to users who have been granted access to view their content. See What is a Training Center?


  1. Log in to
  2. Click the (?) icon in the top-right corner and choose Support Center. By clicking this link you will automatically be redirected and logged in to the Support Center ( (Note: Your email address will be used to create a new user account on the Support Center. Since our single sign-on (SSO) integration uses your Procore login credential for authentication purposes, there is no need to set up a username and password to log into the site.)

  3. Send an email to and request access to your company's custom Training Center. 
  4. Once access has been granted to your company's Training Center, you will receive a confirmation email. You will then be able to log in and view your company's Training Center. See How can I view a custom Training Center?
