How do I request access to a custom Training Center?

Background

The company that owns the Procore account that you're using to collaborate on a project has created a private section on Procore's Support Center (https://support.procore.com) for training their end users on company-specific best practices and procedures. Their custom Training Center (e.g. https://support.company.com/acme) will only be viewable to users who have been granted access to view their content. See What is a Training Center?

Answer

  1. Log in to https://app.procore.com
  2. Click the (?) icon in the top-right corner and choose Support Center. By clicking this link you will automatically be redirected and logged in to the Support Center (https://support.procore.com). (Note: Your email address will be used to create a new user account on the Support Center. Since our single sign-on (SSO) integration uses your Procore login credential for authentication purposes, there is no need to set up a username and password to log into the site.)


     
  3. Send an email to training-center@procore.com and request access to your company's custom Training Center. 
  4. Once access has been granted to your company's Training Center, you will receive a confirmation email. You will then be able to log in and view your company's Training Center. See How can I view a custom Training Center?
