Integration by Ryvit: Export a PCCO to Viewpoint® Vista™

Objective

How to export a Prime Contract Change Order (PCCO) created in Procore to Viewpoint® Vista™ using the Integration by Ryvit.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions:
  • 'Standard' or 'Admin' on the company's ERP Integrations tool.
    AND
  • The person's account must be granted the 'Can Push to Accounting' privilege in the Company Directory. See Grant Accounting Approver Privileges.
• Prerequisites:
  • The ERP Integrations tool must be enabled on the company account. The tool must also be configured to work with the Integration by Ryvit. See Integration by Ryvit: Setup Guide.

Workflow

Steps

There are three steps for exporting a Procore PCCO to Viewpoint® Vista™ using the Integration by Ryvit:

1. Create a PCCO using one of these methods:
   • Create a Prime Contract Change Order
     OR
   • Create a Prime Contract Change Order from a Change Event
     OR
   • Complete a Prime Contract Change Order with DocuSign
2. Integration by Ryvit: Send a PCCO to ERP Integrations for Accounting Acceptance
