Sync Specifications (iOS)

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions: 'Read Only' level permissions or higher on the project's Specifications tool.

Steps

  1. Open the Procore app on the iOS mobile device.

  2. Tap the project's Specifications tool.

  3. View the Check for updates banner at the top of the screen.

  4. Tap Sync to update specifications that are already downloaded on the device.

    Note:  Sync updates the area's specification numbers and descriptions, and resumes any previously paused downloads. 

  5. Tap an Area to download specific items.

  6. Tap the Download Icon Download Cloud icon next to an individual revision or an entire division header.
