Void Materials Requirements

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions

  • You can only void a 'Final' requirements document. If a document is 'Closed', it must be reopened.

  • Quantities are removed from 'Required' Inventory.

Prepare Materials for Import

  • Void a Line Item

  • Void a Requirements Document

Void a Line Item

  1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

  2. Click the Requirements tab.

  3. Click the requirements document name.

  4. In the 'Items' section, click the void icon - ban icon next to the line item.

  5. Optional: Enter notes.

  6. Click Void Line to confirm.

Void Requirements

  1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.

  2. Click the Requirements tab.

  3. Click the requirements document name.

  4. Click the vertical ellipsis Icon Vertical Ellipsis for the receipt and select Void Requirement.

  5. Optional: Enter notes.

  6. Click Void Requirement to confirm.
