View the Stock Inventory Advanced Report

Objective

To view the Stock Inventory Advanced report.

Background

This report shows information about what information is in your inventory. You can apply filters to see information by property, vendor, and location, as well as configure what information you see in the report.

Things to Consider

Steps

1. Navigate to the project's Materials tool.
2. Click the Reports tab.
3. Click the Stock Inventory Advanced sub tab.
4. Enter your report criteria:
   • Part. Enter the name of the part.
   • Additional filters. Select what filters to apply:
     • Part Properties
       • Filter Properties
         Note: Mark the checkbox to Exact Match Properties if you want to filter by specific properties.
         • Cost Code
         • Line Item Type
         • Originating System
         • WBS Cost Code
         • WBS Cost Type
     • Purchase Orders
       • Purchase Order Name
       • Vendor Name
     • List/Kit
       • List Name
       • List Type
     • Active List
     • Location
   • Additional Columns. Select what columns to show:
     • Properties
       • Property Columns
         • Cost Code
         • Line Item Type
         • Originating System
         • WBS Cost Code
         • WBS Cost Type
     • Purchase Orders
     • Location
     • Type
   • Mark the checkbox if you want to Hide Issued Items.
   • Mark the checkbox if you want to Hide Unavailable Items. 
   • Mark the checkbox if you want to Hide Items with no location.
5. Click Generate Report.
