What granular permissions are available for the project's Daily Log tool?

Add a Photo to a Daily Log Entry so that it Populates in the Photos Tool Web			Users must also have 'Read Only' level permissions to the Photos tool to take this action. Users with 'Admin' level permissions can view photos marked as 'private'.
