The following table highlights which user permissions are required to perform the described user action.
- Indicates an action supported in Procore's iOS and/or Android mobile application.
- Indicates that the task can be completed if the user is granted the correct Granular Permissions. See Grant Granular Permissions in a Permission Template.
1 Users with 'Read Only' or 'Standard' permissions who are granted the ‘Collaborator Entry Only’ granular permission will only be able to view logs they created.
2 Users with 'Read Only' or 'Standard' permissions who are granted the 'Collaborator Entry Only' granular permission will be able to edit their own entries until they are approved.
3 Users with 'Standard' permissions who are granted the ‘Standard Users Can Edit and Delete Own Entries’ granular permission will be able to edit or delete their own entries for days that have not been marked as complete.
4 Users will also need 'Read Only' or above permissions on the Directory tool to create Manpower Log entries.
5 The Calendar View is not visible to users with the ‘Collaborator Entry Only’ granular permission enabled on their permission template.

A user's permissions for a specific tool are granted on a per project basis.
