View and Filter the Change History of the Budget
Objective
To view and filter the budget's change history.
Background
You can view a detailed record of every change made to a project's budget. This history shows what was changed, who made the change, and when it occurred. This helps you track updates and maintain a complete audit trail for the budget.
Things to Consider
- Required User Permissions:
- 'Admin' level permissions on the project's Budget tool.
- Additional Information:
- Items in the change history cannot be deleted.
Steps
- Navigate to the project's Budget tool.
- Click the Change History tab.
This opens the Change History page.
- (Optional) Choose one of these options to apply filters to the data table:
- Select an item from the Sub Job, Cost Code, or Cost Type drop-down list above the table.
OR - Click Filters. Then choose the filters to apply from the lists in the side panel.
