Export a Bid Package's Bid Files

Objective

To export a bid package's bid files.

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions:
  • Admin' level permissions on the project's Bidding tool.

Prerequisites

• Upload Bid Documents

Steps

1. Navigate to the project's Bidding tool.
2. Click View next to the bid package you want to export bid files for.
3. Click the Files tab.
4. Click Export.
5. Select from the following:
   Note: Each log will export as a PDF file.
   • Export Drawing Log
   • Export Specification Log
   • Export Document Log
