View Payments Permissions as a Payor

Objective

To view a list of Payment Admins and Payments Disbursers in the payor's Company level Payments tool. 

Background

Due to the sensitive nature of payments, only Payments Admins for a payor can view the list of users who have been assigned access permissions to the Company level Payments tool. 

Things to Consider

• Required User Permissions

Prerequisites

• Add or Remove Payments Admins as a Payor
• Add Payments Disbursers as a Payor
• Add a Payments Beneficiary Approver as a Payor

Steps

1. Navigate to the Company level Payments tool.
2. Click the Payments Settings  icon. 
   This opens the Payments Settings page. 
3. Click the Payment Processing tab. 
4. Click Payments Permissions. 
   This reveals a list of Payments Admins, Payments Disbursers, and Payments Beneficiary Approvers who have been granted access permissions to the Company level Payments tool.
