About Sworn Statements (Limited Release)

Overview

Procore Pay supports the inclusion of Sworn Statements as part of a lien waiver template. This enhancement allows for more comprehensive documentation and compliance in your payment processes.

With Sworn Statements, Procore introduced specific support for the Chicago Title waiver, which includes a Contractor’s Affidavit. This feature aims to provide a more tailored solution for users requiring this specific waiver format. On Illinois projects, you'll see new Chicago Title templates for Progress Unconditional and Final Unconditional waivers within Project Invoicing Settings.

Considerations

To include sworn statements as part of a lien waiver template, contact your Procore point of contact.
