Create a Maintenance Record for Equipment
Objective
To create maintenance logs for equipment in the company's Equipment tool.
Background
Use Procore’s maintenance logs to track equipment issues, which informs scheduling and provides a better understanding of machine health, availability, and costs. Once created, these maintenance records are viewable in 360 Reporting.
Things to Consider
Steps
- Navigate to the company's Equipment tool.
- Hover over the equipment record, and click the edit
icon.
- Click the Maintenance Records tab.
- Click Create Maintenance Record.
- Enter the maintenance information.
- Click Create.
