Set Bidder Information for Your Procore Company

Objective

To set bidder information for company records in the Company level Directory tool.

Background

The Procore Construction Network is a network of construction businesses can strengthen their online presence and discover thousands of contractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers across the United States. It helps construction businesses promote their business and find other trusted construction businesses to work with on future projects. 

You can publish your business page on the Procore Construction Network and opt to receive bid invitations from other companies that use Procore. See Manage Company Information. The bid contacts that you in set for your company will receive the bid invitations and can respond to those requests.

Steps

1. Navigate to the Company level Directory tool.
2. Click the Companies tab. 
3. Locate your company, then click Edit. 
4. Click the Bidder Info tab.
5. Click the drop-down menu next to Bid Contacts and select a person, or click Add All.
   Note: You can repeat this step to select multiple Bid Contacts.
6. Click Save.
