Edit a Distribution Group in the Company Directory


To edit an existing distribution group in the Company level Directory. 

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permission:
    • 'Admin' level permissions on the Directory tool.

  1. Navigate to the company's Directory tool.
    This reveals the Company Directory.
  2. Click Distribution Groups.
    This reveals a list of all distribution groups in the Directory tool.
  3. Locate the desired group. Then click Edit
    This reveals the Edit Distribution Group page. 
  4. Modify the distribution group as needed:
    • Name. Modify the name as needed.
    • Description. Modify the group description as needed.
    • Add a Person to {Group Name}. Add any members to the distribution group as desired. 
      Note: You can also remove distribution group members by clicking the RED 'X' icon in the Members table. 
  5. Click Update.
    This saves the changes you made to your group.
