Objective

 How to review and sign a non-disclosure agreement to view a bid package.

Background

Procore supports Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to protect proprietary information in bid packages. For some packages, you must sign the NDA before you can view the contents.

Things to Consider

Steps

  1. In your email client, open the invitation to bid email.
    OR
    Navigate to the company level Bid Board or Planroom tool and click the bid package.
  2. Click View in Procore.
  3. Click View or Download to view the non-disclosure agreement.
  4. Enter your name, date and click Sign.
  5. Click Sign again to confirm.
