Restore a Company Level Form Template

Objective

To restore a Company level form template.

Things to Consider

  • Required User Permissions: 'Admin' level permissions at the Company level Admin tool.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Company level Admin tool.
  2. Under 'Tool Settings', click Forms.
  3. This will open the 'Form Settings', which consists of two tabs: Templates and Archive.
  4. The Archive tab will display the list of templates that have been archived. You can only restore a template that has been archived. See Archive a Company Level Form Template.
    Note: You cannot create archive templates on a project.
  5. Under the 'Archive' tab, click the Restore button at the end of the row. This will open a confirmation window displaying the information regarding the template to be restored.
  6. Click Restore.
    A green banner displays to confirm that the form template has been restored. A red banner displays if the form template was not restored.
